JDSendSMS-V1.5 has the functions of scanning the IP of the WEB version of the LAN SMS middleware, displaying the device startup status, queue size, sending SMS, reading SMS, etc., which is easy to use. The SMS sending and receiving function can be realized by invoking the WEB middleware through the command line, and it can be integrated with other software that supports command line invocation to realize functions such as SMS notification, SMS reminder, SMS alarm, and SMS voice broadcast.

金笛短信中间件客户端工具可以与大部分开发语言，如JAVA、PHP、C++、Perl、Shell等开发语言或工具集成。通过命令行调用，在应用系统改动最小化的前提下，实现松散耦合，降低关联度，减少底层开发，快速完成短信功能跨网络、跨平台集成。
可在windows系统上双击运行，按h查看使用帮助。也在CMD.exe命令提示符下运行。
