+CMS ERROR:512 ，MM establishment failure ，The GSM TS 04.08 specifies that if an incoming SMS arrives when trying to send an SMS; the outgoing SMS could be rejected.

通常是在发短信报这个错误。出现这种错误，一种情况是在接收短信的同时发短信，需要先处理接收，等接收完毕再发送；还一种情况是不能和移动基站建立连接。可能的原因是信号弱，通过挪动天线位置会改善信号强度，有时候更新为最新版本PL2303驱动会增强设备供电也有助于增强信号，减少发生概率。程序处理上需要多次重试发送。
